All vehicle remapping and tuning services supplied by Smart Remap & Tune are carried out using tuning files and/or calibration software sourced from Regal Tuning.
By proceeding with a remap or tuning service, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the underlying tuning file/calibration has been supplied by Regal Tuning and that Smart Remap & Tune does not independently create or develop the tuning calibration unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any concerns, complaints, faults, performance issues, compatibility issues, or other problems that relate specifically to the tuning file, calibration, or remap supplied by Regal Tuning should be referred to Regal Tuning in the first instance.
Smart Remap & Tune accepts responsibility only for the services that it directly performs and does not accept responsibility for defects, errors, incompatibilities, or issues arising solely from the tuning file or calibration supplied by Regal Tuning, subject to any rights and protections the customer may have under applicable law.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is mechanically suitable for remapping and that the vehicle is maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition. A remap may alter the vehicle's performance, power, torque, fuel consumption, emissions, and/or other operating characteristics and may affect manufacturer warranties, insurance, taxation, emissions compliance, or the vehicle's suitability for road use.
Nothing in this disclaimer is intended to exclude or restrict any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
By instructing Smart Remap & Tune to carry out the remapping service, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the above terms.
